Poems By Paris
These poems are some of her inner most thoughts! 9:37pm 6/16/06 Here I Sit… Here I sit thinking of you Missing you, and praying that Things are up to par. Here I sit, wanting you next To me… hoping that we will go far. I spent the evening with the room, at this place thinking of your parting words and dreaming Of the things that we do have in Common and your last expressed Words, "Don’t run away from me" You are redeeming I miss you, and I am glad that you are where you are… with family Here I sit, loving you missing You, hoping for solace Paris 4th of July This day brought us freedom, The place where we can worship, work, Live and give This Day brought us freedom of speech, Without qualm of words spoken, Words That are spoken aloud or in writ This Day gave us the rights to live Amongst civilized people, "supposedly," With fear This Day gave us the freedom to give & Be generous to our fellow man. This Day most of all gave us the Freedom of worship to our each & every Higher power. Thanks Be to Freedom. Paris
EULOGY Died approx. 5/2/2007 I received a phone call that informed me that Patricia Smith-Kelly had died the night before in her sleep! Patricia Smith-Kelly tried above all else to be a good mom to her daughter! She was kind, helpful, and faithful to her friends. She tried her best "not to have a mean bone in her body" towards anyone, even those whom she felt, wished her harm. Patricia Smith-Kelly was better than a best friend to me! I will always think of her, I will always miss her, and I will always love her! She is now at peace and in a better place.
