Bank of America implemented a No Bidding Policy effective 7/13/04. Distribution partners and affiliates may not bid on the Bank of America brand name or any of their products, including, but not limited to the products listed below: Bank of America (and variations such as Bank of America Visa or Bank of America Platinum) Alaska Airlines America West Anne Geddes Asiana Airlines Hawaiian Airlines US Airways MilesEdge Choice Privileges Jeep Chrysler Dodge Power Rewards Money Return Make a Wish Mexicana Efectiva Distribution partners and affiliates may not bid on any common misspelling, or confusingly similar names, on any pay-for-placement search engine, including, but not limited to, overture.com, findwhat.com and google.com. Additionally, in order to maintain the highest quality affiliate network, Sunspot Inc. will not accept any affiliates whose Web site(s) (and/or online activity) promotes, links to, and/or engages in any of the following: 1. Bank of America affiliates must be in compliance with the Terms of Use, found at http://www.sunspotweb.com/terms.php. 2. Partners/Affiliates are not allowed to purchase any Bank of America URLs (or any derivation of) as a means to drive traffic. 3. Partners/Affiliates are not allowed to use Bank of America trademark terms as a means to drive traffic through search advertising. 4. Contextual Marketing is prohibited, unless specifically approved by Bank of America. 5. The use of E-mail for any of the Bank of America products or programs is strictly prohibited. 6. All banners/copy/marketing materials must be approved by Bank of America. Partners may not alter creative without approval. 7. Bank of America will not allow any creative to be placed in close proximity to chat or message boards on affiliates' sites, where individuals have the ability to voice opinions to other site visitors. 8. Distribution Partner may not promote 8.9% and 9.9% Visa Platinum Cards on any credit-card comparison site nor list the 8.9% and 9.9% Visa Platinum Cards in any "bad credit" or "credit-seeker" sections of a website.
